All Lessons booked by the pupils of MM Driving School are expected to adhere to the below terms and conditions, a copy of the terms and conditions can be requested from the Driving Instructor at any time:

1) The pupil certifies that a valid suitable license is held to drive the tuition vehicle. Pupils must inform their Instructor immediately if they receive any endorsements on their license.

2) If the Driving Instructors car experiences mechanical problems, ill health or other difficulty outside the control of the Instructor, the Instructor reserves the right to cancel and rebook the driving lesson.

3) A minimum of 48 hours notice is required from the customer to cancel or re arrange driving lessons, failure to do this will mean customer is liable to pay full driving lesson fee.

4) Customers should be aware that the Instructors primary objective is to promote road safety, in doing so he/she may have to take control of the car by using the dual controls or helping with the steering to get out of harm’s way.

5) Driving tests may only be arranged with the prior agreement of both the Instructor and Customer.

6) The Driving Instructor can refuse to hire car to pupil for a driving test if Instructor feels the pupil is not demonstrating the standard required to pass Driving Test, this will be calculated by using mock driving tests.

7) The Driving Instructor may refuse to proceed with lesson if he/she feels the pupil is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

8) The Driving Instructor will not accept no liability for accidents, injury or damage to any third party that has been caused by the pupil, this includes through recklessness or negligence in their driving lesson.

9) The Driving Instructor shall wait a maximum of 10 minutes outside pupils address, if pupil does not show up for a lesson a text message will be sent to pupil and pupil will be liable to pay for missed lesson.

10) There may be occassions when the Driving Instructor may have to reschedue or re arrange pupils lesson at short notice.

11) All block bookings paid for in advance are Non Refundable.

12) If regular lessons are not taken by the pupil the Driving Instructor reserves the right to give another pupil the session, and pupil will loose their space in Instructors dairy.

13) Any driving test booked by pupil is their own responsiblty and not a indication that the Instructor will be able to get you ready and up to test standard by the test date, to continue lessons with the Driving Instructor you may have to re arrange your driving test to a further date.
